Igby Iris

Bradley Self founded Igby Iris in 2006. His music is a dark melodic mix of soulful progressive rock, influenced by Pink Floyd, T. Rex, David Bowie and Tool. Bradley composes and records all of the music of Igby Iris. The live version of Igby Iris is locally well known in the West Michigan area with radio play on the top Alternative Rock stations and live performances on local TV stations such as Fox 17. Igby Iris has opened for other well know bands including Papa Vegas and Tony Lucca, and has performed at bigger venues including the CroFoot Theater and the Eagle Theater in Detroit, MI.
Bradley has also written and recorded sound tracks to movies such as "The Bunny Lady", produced by Tom Seidman and starring Florence Henderson, and the sound track and foley for the Appalachian Film Festival award winning short film "Night at the Office".
Since Bradley began Igby Iris, he has released 3 full length Albums and an E. P. The Search For What It Was, Naked, Acoustic, and Case 11:11, with the fourth album, The Ocean, well on its way to completion later in 2011.
